Antonia & Bob at Croxteth Hall

Once again, I’ve had to reconsider my pecking order of Liverpool wedding venues.

Up until quite recently, I was absolutely convinced that Knowsley Hall was top of the stack, peerless in its ability to provide a perfect wedding day. Then I shot at Thornton Manor, so there are now 2 gold medal winners. Peckforton Castle added a third wonder wedding venue to my list. Now I’m including Croxteth Hall in the premier league of wedding venues as well! What a find. Antonia & Bob chose well when they selected this amazing Liverpool City Council owned property for their wedding venue. Like Knowsley, Thornton and Peckforton, it’s got it all – incredible architectural detail, stunning room decor and when you throw the gardens into the mix; well, it certainly makes its mark. Add to all of this a couple as lovely and friendly as Bob & Antonia, mix in some hilarious guests and speeches and you’ve got the recipe for wedding joy.
