Wedding Photographer Liverpool – a job title that may not inspire much excitement for anyone not living in this incredible city. But for me, these three simple words encapsulate everything that I LOVE about my life in what I consider to be England’s, if not the UK’s, finest city.
Every time a couple get in touch to enquire about hiring me as their wedding photographer, I get a little tingle down my spine. Especially when I see that their venue is somewhere as cool and as funky as the Radisson Blu Hotel in the northern end of the city centre. So when Jessica and Gary filled in my webform (you can do the same here!) I was immediately super-excited. Then, when I met them, and we clicked, and they booked me, I was over the moon.
But then as their date approached, we discovered that their wedding day coincided with the Liverpool Rock’n’Roll Marathon. Starting and finishing in the docks – less than a quarter mile from the Radisson! This is the second time a massive event in Liverpool has clashed with one of my couples’ wedding days – don’t get me started about the Giants! But as things turned out, it simply wasn’t an issue, and their wedding day provided me with photographic opportunities which we grabbed with both hands. Quite literally as it turned out, as I helped Jessica down from the sculpture Gary had already lifted her into! 🙂 I’ll let the photos tell their story now – look out for their impromptu first dance in the window bay, 4 storeys up!
