Crumbs! How could I’ve forgotten? Sometimes I’m so busy at the start of a new year that I completely forget my favourite annual wedding photography task. No, not my tax return (urgh!) but my review of the previous years’ weddings. 2015 was a wonderful year – just think, at this point, no one had even heard the word, ‘Brexit’, let alone voted for it! I found myself working not just in Liverpool, but also Chester and other Cheshire locations. It’s not to say these are the best photos from those weddings – just that these are the ones that I like the best, wedding photography being the subjective thing that it is. It’s not uncommon for my brides to disagree with me about which is the best photo from their wedding shoot, even when I think a career defining image should definitely take pride of place in their album but they say, “Nope, don’t like this one.” and swap it out. So, without any further ado, here’s another batch of images to show you just how much I love my job! There’s weddings featured here from all over the North West of England – Liverpool, Manchester, Wirral, Cheshire and beyond. Highlights were my first gay wedding, a couple who happily booked me twice to make sure the rain didn’t ruin the pictures for their wedding album, an incredible first wedding photography shoot at the Monastery in Gorton and shooting at Knowsley Hall no less than four times!
